These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the following websites and any services purchased through them:

They form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "the client") and:

By booking a service, making a purchase, or continuing to use either website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Illuminate Mind Body Soul (operated by Lauren Prosser) offers the following services ("Services"):

• Wellness Life Coaching — 1:1 coaching sessions delivered online or in person.
• Breathwork Sessions — individual and group breathwork facilitation.
• Quantum Fitness & Healing Sessions — bespoke body and energy sessions.
• High Vibrational Energy Healing & Channelling — individual energy sessions.
• Session Packages — bundled multi-session coaching or healing programs.
• Digital Products & Resources — downloadable guides, workbooks, and other materials.
• Group Programs & Workshops — online or live group experiences.

Full details, inclusions, and pricing for each Service are outlined on the relevant service page of either website. Lauren reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Lauren Prosser is a trained Wellness Life Coach and Breathwork Facilitator — not a licensed medical practitioner, psychologist, or therapist. The Services provided are educational, motivational, and supportive in nature.

• Always seek advice from a qualified health professional regarding any medical or mental health condition.
• If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, please consult them before beginning any coaching or breathwork program.
• Any information shared during sessions is based on Lauren's training and personal experience and does not constitute medical advice.

By booking a Service, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been separately agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or EFTPOS (in person). Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider.

Refund Policy

• Single sessions: A full refund will be issued if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once (see Section 5).
• Session packages: Refunds for unused sessions are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, packages are non-refundable but sessions remain valid for 6 months from purchase date.
• Digital products: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is significantly different from its description.
• Group programs / workshops: Refund conditions will be specified on the individual program sales page and will form part of these Terms upon purchase.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where a service or product has a major failure.

• You may reschedule a session at no charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of a session will be considered at Lauren's discretion and may incur a rescheduling fee.
• No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be treated as a completed session and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
• Lauren reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control. In such cases, a full reschedule or refund will be offered.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact Lauren at hello@illuminatemindbodysoul.com or via your booking confirmation.

Lauren treats all information shared during coaching or healing sessions as strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Where disclosure is required by law.
• Where there is a genuine risk of harm to you or others.
• Where you have provided written consent to share specific information.

You also agree to keep confidential any materials, frameworks, tools, or methods shared during your sessions that are proprietary to Lauren Prosser / Illuminate Mind Body Soul.

All content on these websites — including text, images, graphics, videos, audio recordings, downloadable resources, course materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Lauren Prosser / Illuminate Mind Body Soul and is protected by Australian copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any content from either website or from your sessions without prior written permission.
• Digital products and resources purchased from either website are for your personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
• Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without Lauren's express written consent.

By engaging with Services through Lauren Prosser / Illuminate Mind Body Soul, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your health history.
• Inform Lauren of any medical, physical, or mental health conditions that may be relevant before your first session.
• Take responsibility for any decisions or actions you make as a result of your sessions — results are not guaranteed and depend on your own effort and commitment.
• Treat Lauren and any other participants in group programs with respect.
• Use either website and its content for lawful purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lauren Prosser / Illuminate Mind Body Soul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of either website or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of income, profit, or opportunity.
• Emotional distress or personal injury.
• Decisions made based on coaching sessions or website content.

Lauren's total liability to you in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Lauren uses a number of third-party platforms and tools to deliver Services and run these websites. By using these Services, you acknowledge that your interactions with these platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

• Zoom / Google Meet — online session delivery.
• Calendly / Acuity Scheduling — appointment booking.
• Stripe / PayPal — payment processing.
• Mailchimp / Flodesk — email communications.
• Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics.
• WordPress & Elementor — website platform and builder.

Lauren is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Lauren encourages you to contact her directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

Lauren may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of either website or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes affecting existing bookings or purchases, Lauren will endeavour to notify affected clients by email.
